SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19 please allow for  2-3 business days, after your order has been place for us to process and ship your order.


Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for domestic orders over $60(unless otherwise stated) to the continental U.S.

Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.


We currently use USPS, UPS, and DHL to ship orders domestic and international.


Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 1-14 business days for your order to get delivered once it has shipped out. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships out. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary.



We will offer international shipping soon.  Your shipping fee is dependent on the total weight of your order as well as what country it is being shipped to. At checkout, you will see what your shipping fee will be.

Return & Exchange Policy

We're 100% committed to making sure you love your After Affects purchase. If you're not absolutely satisfied, simply return unopened in their original packaging for a refund or an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Since we make our products in small batches they CANNOT be returned if opened, due to the nature of these products and for hygiene reasons. To start the refund/ exchange process please email us at info@theafteraffects.com with your order number and the name of the product.

Please Note that any of the returned items that are not in it's original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. You will also be responsible to pay for shipping the returned items back to us.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

When we have received and inspected your returned items, we will alert you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund has been approved, we will process your refund, and the refund will credited back to your original form of payment. It can take 5-10 business days for your bank to put this money back into your account. If after 10 business days you have not received your refund, please feel free to contact us via email at info@theafteraffects.com.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

All discounted products are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We do not offer exchanges except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send an email to info@theafteraffects.com with a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged. An exchange request has to be initiated NO LATER than 5 days from the time your order was marked as delivered to you.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 in the US. All orders to Canada ship for a flat rate of $10.

In the US, we offer Express 2-Day and Overnight shipping in case you need it sooner.

A note about customs fees: Orders shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our international shipping fee.
