License Agreement for Ebook

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] ("Effective Date") by and between [After Affects Natural Skin Care Solutions and customer to download.

WHEREAS, Licensor is the owner of certain proprietary electronic book ("Self Care A Comprehensive Guide To Better Skin Care") and desires to grant a license to Licensee for use of the Ebook under the terms and conditions set forth herein;

AND WHEREAS, Licensee desires to obtain a license to use the Ebook under the terms and conditions set forth herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Grant of License

Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Ebook solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:

a. No Copying or Distribution for Monetary Gain: Licensee shall not copy, distribute, or share the Ebook, in whole or in part, for any form of monetary gain or commercial purposes.

b. No Modification: Licensee shall not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Ebook.

c. No Public Display: Licensee shall not publicly display, perform, or distribute the Ebook.

d. Personal Use Only: Licensee shall use the Ebook solely for personal use and shall not share it with others, except as expressly permitted herein.

3. Ownership

The Ebook and all rights therein are and shall remain the property of Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in the Ebook to Licensee.

4. Term and Termination

a. Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party as provided herein.

b. Termination by Licensor: Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Licensee if Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement.

c. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Ebook and destroy any copies of the Ebook in Licensee's possession or control.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Ebook is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Ebook will be error-free or that defects in the Ebook will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Ebook, whether in an action in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with Licensee's use of the Ebook or breach of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

10. Amendments

No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless made in writing and signed by the parties hereto.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Licensor to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
